Staircase is symbol of progress. Best direction for staircase in house is south, west or south-west.If staircase is in right place then we can tackle many problems very easily in life.Staircase is also becoming modern. Direction and decoration of staircase is important.Decoration of staircase should be in some creative manner so that people don’t feel when is his first step and when is last.

Marbles on staircase should be beautiful but not slippery.

Put both side beautiful iron railing.

Never made staircase on north-east direction.It causes economic loss or it can be also harmful for youngster.

Number of steps in Staircase should be in odd no.(Like 3, 5, 7, 11, 13) and should be in north to south or east to west direction.

Comfortable, beautiful and strong staircase is symbols of vaastu.

Broken corners of step are also a vaastu defect so repair those corners time to time.

Round staircase are not good.

Don’t build temple, kitchen and bathroom under the staircase.You can make store room there.

In those houses which have staircase in middle of house increase tension in family member.

Staircase can be made inside or outside of house.

Height and width of staircase should be average so that an older person or a child can also use them without being tired.Height 7inch and width 10-12inch.

On public places like hospital and schools width of staircase can be between in 15-18inch.

HAPPY NAVRATRE

From today “Navratra” is starting and also “Nav-Samvatsar” (New Year), which is celebrated by everyone. In this occasion, mostly people will do fasting. People have believed that through fasting they will come closer to god. I wish “Maa Durga” fulfill the dreams of all people.

Today we got the news, the Microsoft tycoon Bill Gates no longer the richest man in the world. He was enjoying this title from last 16 years. He dethroned by Carlos Slim. I am very impressed by him and his work. He is not doing the worship of goddess “Laxmi”, even after that he was on the top list of richest people. The reason is that he is doing his work with honesty, sincerity, hard work, passion and enthusiasm.
According to birth details, Mars is in 4th house. It signifies mother, domestic environment, private affairs, ancestral property and academic education. This time will give mixture of good and bad things. After lots of hard work his desires won’t fulfill. His financial status will be ok for some time. VAASTU VISIT IN FLAT

Everyone was busy in celebrating the festival of color-Holi. And from the celebration I took time for a flat Vaastu visit. I went to the new flat of Mr. Manmohan Talwar which he bought in Gurgaon. He is the regular reader of my vaastu column which is coming in Hindustan Hindi newspaper. From there he got my website http://vaastunaresh.com and visited it. He was impressed by my website and work. So that he called me for the Vaastu visit for his new flat. Flat is well-furnished and well-built. After seeing his flat I found according to the Vaastu it is almost accurate. Only some changes were required. Like the toilet was in South-East direction, South-East and West portion was increased. This is not good according to vaastu. He appoint an interior decorator and will do internal architecture plan in his flat.

REMEDY: I suggest him to close the toilet which is in South-East direction because this toilet was a spare. And I gave solutions related to feng-shui, color schemes, mirrors, fountains, fish aquarium and light system.

UNBEATABLE SACHIN TENDULKAR

On 24.02.10 in cricket we saw another milestone. No one will forget the unconquerable 200 runs in one day against South-Africa of Sachin Tendulkar. He is the man with bunches of records. I learnt a lot from him. How he is come out after all the criticism or questioned rose against him regarding his performance. I wish he will be continuing with the making of records. And he will make new records and win the coming World cup 2011. My best wishes with him.

VAASTU VISIT AT MY VIEWER'S HOUSE

We all are getting different experiences from life. These experiences become our memories. Recently, I got one experience which shows that people are recognizing my words and work. This experiences giving me strength to work more.
On 24.02.10 I went to Jaipur for a vaastu visit to met Mrs. Shobha Sharma. She is the regular viewer of my program which is coming on Shradha Channel. She was impressed from my work and also had trust on it. From many vaastu consultants at last she chose me and called me to come at Jaipur. Her husband is a Builder and she is very active in his husband business. They have one shopping complex on which 2nd floor they are living. The complex divided in basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor. They sold the South-West portion of basement and ground floor.

PROBLEM: They had well-established business but from last two and half year they were facing loss in business.

REASON: Recently they had renovation in their home and they changed the position of stairs in North direction. And another reason was before me they consult with other two vaastu consultant. They advice some remedies. But I don’t know what was the problem either vaastu consultant gave wrong solution or they didn’t understood that how to do. Mrs. Sharma place fountain in South-East direction and put mirror in South wall which created negative effect.

REMEDY: I suggest her to put mirror on North wall as well as to shift fountain also in North direction. For stairs I said to reconstruct in South-West direction because this is the only accurate and practical solution according to vaastu. And she was agreeing with this also. They have Pitra-Dosh for that I suggest to go Gaya for Pind-Daan.

MAKE STUDY ROOM ACCORDING TO VAASTU

•Study room in North-East direction will be good. At the time of studying, face must be in East direction. From East direction ultra-violet rays are coming which will put positive effect on physical and mental status. It increases positive energy in the body and sharpness of memory.

•All students who preparing for their success in career and life, keep their face in North direction.

•Don’t hang horror photographs or countenances, film posters etc. in study room. These pictures put bad affect on mind. In study room, hang photographs of goddess Saraswati, Vivekanand, any Scientist, Mathematician or your parents, your ideal person etc.

•While studying doesn’t sit on sofa or bed, this will create difficulty on your concentration.

•Use only wooden furniture in study room. Wooden material is preventive for Vaastu flaw.

•Books won’t be in the bad condition, pen-pencil also will be in good condition.

•High or low light put bad affect on eyes. Therefore, the light will be come on directly study material instead of on your eyes.

•Color contrast will be bright and soothing instead of dark in study room. Use deep colors in small children room. Even kids schools are using florescent colors.

•Keep fresh flower pot in study room. If not possible, put artificial plant. As though, it won’t create any affect but it presents as a symbol of nature.

VAASTU VISIT IN RANCHI

Today, I m in Ranchi for a vaastu visit. I will tell you about this vaastu visit in detail after coming back.

MAKE KITCHEN IN SOUTH-EAST DIRECTION

•Put gas stove on South-East direction so that when you cook your face will be in East direction. It is good for your family health according to Vaastu. If cooks face is on West during cooking then it is not good. Just like this if cooks face is on South direction during cooking then it invite economic losses. Door of kitchen should be on North or North-East direction.

•First light of sun should be touch your water tank so put your all water tanks on North-East direction.

•Jars of grain, pulses, and spices put on salves at South-East direction.

•Put sink on North or North-East.

•For electronic wiring South-East wall is best. Put 2-3 plugs on kitchen platforms so that you can use them for oven, heater or mixer. Don’t put electrical appliances on North-East direction.

•For ventilation put a window on East or West direction. Put ventilator at East side wall on South-East direction.

•If you want to put fridge in kitchen then put at West side.

•If you want to put dining table then put on West side so that face of family members will be on East or North side.

•Don’t build bathroom together with kitchen or upper side of kitchen.

•Don’t put medicine in kitchen otherwise it will become daily use thing.

VAASTU WORKSHOP AT SONIPAT

On 13.02.2010, I went for a Vaastu workshop at Banquet Heaven’s garden, Sonipat. It was organized by Rotarian Pankaj Seth. The place for workshop was very pleasing. It was under the open sky in the chilly winter night. Around forty people were there. It was started at 10 pm and wind-up at 12 pm. People were there very excited about the Vaastu and they were eager to know more about Vaastu. There I gave lecture on various elements of Vaastu and on Vaastu advantages also. There I also face the same problem. People know the word Vaastu but they are unaware of its positive effect. I solved almost every query of the participants there.

VAASTU TIPS FOR YOUR WORSHIP PLACE

•Worship-place always is in North-East direction.
•Idol size in the temple not more than 5-6 inch.
•While offering prayer keep your face at East or West direction.
•Don’t make worship-place in close wardrobe.
•Don’t make worship-place near to the toilet.
•Never built temple below the stairs.
•In home, don’t built temple near the main entrance.
•Don’t make temple in the couple bedroom.
•If temple already is in kitchen than put the photograph of goddess “Annapurna” or “Bhagwati”.

•Elmira in temple will be on South-West direction.
•According to the provision of “havan” or “yagya” put fire pit at South-West direction.

INDUSTRIAL VAASTU VISIT

Today in morning, I went for an industrial vaastu visit to one of Aggarwal Industries unit named Lovino Form in Gandhi Nagar, Delhi. Mr. Deepak Aggarwal is the owner of company and one of my old clients. Last I visited his industry in 2006. His industry is almost according to the architecture plan and Vaastu. Even after that he is facing problems in his business. He is not getting the effective result after lot of hard work, investment etc. He is having doubt that some negative energy is creating hindrances in the success of his business. So he called me again for the vaastu visit. Through my instruments I didn’t found any negative energy because of the sunlight. That’s why I will go there again in evening. The reason behind this is that in moonlight it is easy to find any kind of negative energy. After knowing the problem I will suggest him the possible vaastu remedies.

VAASTU TIPS FOR BEDROOM

• Room of head of family should be on south-west direction.
• For middle ager there room can be on south or west.
• For youngster there room should be on south-east direction.
• For those kids who are studying there room should be on south- east.
• During sleep our legs should not be in front of doors.
• During sleep your body should not be seen in mirror. Otherwise because of this it will give body pain and nightmares.
• Don’t sleep naked.
• If your girl is not getting married then place her room on north-west direction.
• Don’t sleep under guard or beam.
• Don’t paint kid’s room by those colors which represent sadness.
• Don’t made bedroom on north-west direction it become barrier for family growth.
• Bed in bedroom should be in that manner so that your head should be on south direction if because of any reason it is not possible then 2nd best direction is east-west. Never place your head on north direction.
• In couples room statue of sex desire (like Ajanta alora) can be place or painting of birds which are making love.
• Don’t put red color bed sheet. Pink, orange, wooden color is preferable. Curtains should be light colored.
• In bed room don’t put any show-piece related to water like aquarium fountains etc...
• Don’t put Drinking water near the telephone television. Because of electric waves water gets polluted.
• Don’t make god room inside your room.
• Elmira should be on south direction.
• Place Television and A.C. on south-east wall or direction.
• Put dressing table on east.
• If it is possible then decorate your bed room with flowers (original or artificial).
• Windows should be on north or east direction.

VAASTU VISIT IN PATNA

Today I am going to share my tour of four Vaastu visits with you for which I went to Patna from 2.02.10-05.02.10. It was an awe-inspiring experience for me. All were different Vaastu vistits. Two were industrial Vaastu visits, one was official Vaastu visit and one was residential Vaastu visit.
On 2.02.10, I went for an industrial Vaastu Visit to Mr. Prabhat Aggarwal owner of Maa Gayatri Cold Store. This industry spread in a large area. He is the second owner of industry. Earlier this industry was in the hand of Mr. Ranjeet. He bought the next plot from his factory which is in South direction. He merged both plots because of that the South-West corner gets cut. This was the Vaastu problem in his business. He lost his business, faces crisis and even bank auctioned his plots.
Mr. Prabhat is my old client. He wants to buy this plot but before that he wants my Vaastu advice. I suggest him to either buy the South direction portion if it’s possible or again divide the portion like earlier. If both plot will be divided than it comes in 90 degree and South-West become accurate. I also suggest him to make a pond in South-West direction, on which to put lotus flower and tortoise.
On 3.02.10, I went for a residential Vaastu visit to Mr. Pradeep Gupta. He is a vegetable wholesaler. He was much tensed because before some days he faced the robbery in his house and his students even not taking studies seriously. The reasons behind his problem was that his house plot not in the 1:2 ratio, North-West corner was cut and South-East corner was not in perfect shape, this corner was increased. For the solution of his problem I suggest him to buy the plot of North-West direction, which was not so big in size and cut the extra area from South-East direction. Through this centre will become energized.
On 4.02.10, I went again for an industrial Vaastu visit to Mr. Deepak Kumar Jain owner of Madhura Ingots & Steel Co. (P) Ltd. He was facing the problem of litigation and had dispute with business partner. In his industry, there are two gates one is in South-East direction and another is in South-West direction. I suggest him to close the gate of South-West direction and increase the platform 8 feet high. I also suggest him to change the flag and its pole. To put the Hanuman ji red color flag in plastic pole.
On 5.02.10, I went to meet Mr. Shyam Sunder Santhalia. He is the owner of Shri Ram Group. He is making the sponge items. In his industry, one plant is in centre which was creating problem. This plant is not giving the product in accurate quantity and quality because of that he was facing loss. To change the position of this plant is not possible. So I gave way out from this problem, to buy the plot next to the plant. Through this centre position will be change. Also suggest him to put four stone pyramids at the for corners of plant.

INDUSTRIAL VAASTU VISIT

Work recognizes the uniqueness of a person. And experience enhances its uniqueness. Here today I m sharing the one visit of my Vaastu with you. It shows my work experience related to Vaastu and relations with my clients. Yesterday, I went to Mr. Ajit Jain home. I met to him in 2004. He is the owner of Rice Mill named Prem Rice Mill, in Bhadrabad, before 8kms from Hardwar. The plot, on which the mill is located, is an ancestral property, this was divided into brothers. Mr. Ajit Jain plot shape was irregular. The area in North-West directions comes under drainage.

PROBLEM: He lost his business, mill was closed, litigation.

REASON: One reason was that plot area in North-West direction comes under drainage; there was some problem in soil, negative energy.

REMEDY: I checked through my “Om bell” instrument and found negative vibrations. I suggested him to locate 36 pyramids in centered (Brahm Sthal) of plate and to tame 7 cows in home.

After adopting these advices, he comes out of the problem. His business is moving smoothly. Now, whenever he will do any new work, he is taking my suggestions and Vaastu advices.

VAASTU VISIT FOR HUMANITY

Human helping nature shows that humanity is still alive. This Vaastu visit was not new for me but after experiencing this Vaastu visit, I felt the spirit of humanity. With this visit one story was attached. Yesterday, I went for a Vaastu visit to Mr. Devendra Shakrwal at Paschim Vihar. His neighbor cum friend Mr. Sushil Mittal is a regular reader of my Vaastu column. He gave my reference to him. They got my mobile number from my website. Mr. Sushil Mittal called me and said, “Hello sir, I’m one of your admirers.” And he gave me full detail about the problem of Mr. Devendra.
PROBLEM: Mr. Devendra has the Tankers transportation business. His business going in loss from last 4 to 5 years because of that he is facing financial crisis. His son is not obeying him. His major problem is that, his daughter marriage is coming for that he has not sufficient money.
REASON: The reason behind his problem that he bought one flat which was next to his home. That flat is in South direction. Because of that the area of home in South/South-West/West direction gets increase.
SOLUTION: After taking his Date of Birth, I found luck not in his favor. I suggest him to wait for some time. I said to him, “no problem will be come in his daughter marriage.” Regarding Vaastu, I said some physical changes in home and for putting pyramids in home. But time and money not allow him for these changes. So I gave him a temporary solution. I told him to build a wall between both the flats which will create the partition.

VAASTU VISIT OF HOME

Today, I went for Vaastu Visit to Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal at West Punjabi Bagh. He has the transport business. According to him, “he has almost 80% knowledge of Vaastu. For knowing rest 20% Vaastu knowledge he calls me. I tell you some directions of his home, which told by him. His bedroom is in South-west direction, just below there is one basement as same size and kitchen is in North-east direction.

People having one misconception about Vaastu that is they are seeing only directions while constructing house or doing Vaastu at home. But with that area (zoning) is also very important. After using the compass I find directions as well as area (zoning) is fine. But actual Kitchen direction is in East and bedroom is in West direction. These directions are second option according to Vaastu, which is not risky.

There was one Vaastu problem in his home, that basement below the bedroom. Which size was same as bedroom. This is directly harmful for the female members of family and indirectly harms the head of family. It won’t bring relief throughout his life.


REMEDY: I took his Date of Birth; after my calculation I found his home was good more than average for him. I did some changes in his home. I suggest him to put the mirror and family photograph in north/north-east/east direction. And put nine stone pyramids in every corner of the basement.

VAASTU WORKSHOP AT HOTEL CLARIDGES,NEW DELHI

I addressed one workshop on Vaastu at Hotel Claridges. Again it was an awesome experience. The hall of the Hotel was fully occupied by people. The workshop duration was extended from 1 hour to 2 hours after seeing the interest and demand of participants. There I gave lecture on various elements of Vaastu which influence the human life. People know the word of Vaastu but they are unaware of its advantages. Vaastu is the mixture of five elements- water, air, space, fire and earth. Vedic architecture system is called Vaastu. In other words, home which built according to the nature is known as Vaastu. Vaastu is not limited on directions, construction of building, building material, shape of plot, ratio of length and width, magnetic field, gravity force and Cosmic energy. Now a days, people relating everything to the science. There one person asked to me the scientific basis of the Vaastu. In reply I ask to him “is it mandatory that everything have scientific basis?”No one has answer of this question. In my opinion there is lot of things which not having any scientific basis. For those things we are not having any proof but we feel for that and they exist in our life also.
There people had doubt about the JYOTISH and VAASTU. According to them both, Vaastu and jyotish is same thing. In Vaastu changes are possible but in jyotish changes are not possible. Vaastu’s affect on all almost equal but in jyotish affect individually. Because of these reasons from last 15 years, Vaastu become much popularized among people. In actual both are the supplement of each other.
This is the small part of my Vaastu workshop. Like this I solved the various doubts on Vaastu of participants. At last I gave some tips on Vaastu which bring prosperity and happiness in their life. SOME TIPS:

• North-east direction controls our nervous-system. If this corner is round, cut or taper in shape than the feeling of tension, depression, suicide or financial crisis problems will increase.
• If South-west direction having any cut or it extended than head of the family or department of head having problem of bones, serious illness for long time.
• Don’t keep medicine inside the kitchen. It will create the atmosphere of illness.
• Don’t put your forefather’s photographs with god’s photograph or idol.
• Don’t build the temple inside the bedroom.
