VAASTU VISIT IN PATNA

Today I am going to share my tour of four Vaastu visits with you for which I went to Patna from 2.02.10-05.02.10. It was an awe-inspiring experience for me. All were different Vaastu vistits. Two were industrial Vaastu visits, one was official Vaastu visit and one was residential Vaastu visit.
On 2.02.10, I went for an industrial Vaastu Visit to Mr. Prabhat Aggarwal owner of Maa Gayatri Cold Store. This industry spread in a large area. He is the second owner of industry. Earlier this industry was in the hand of Mr. Ranjeet. He bought the next plot from his factory which is in South direction. He merged both plots because of that the South-West corner gets cut. This was the Vaastu problem in his business. He lost his business, faces crisis and even bank auctioned his plots.
Mr. Prabhat is my old client. He wants to buy this plot but before that he wants my Vaastu advice. I suggest him to either buy the South direction portion if it’s possible or again divide the portion like earlier. If both plot will be divided than it comes in 90 degree and South-West become accurate. I also suggest him to make a pond in South-West direction, on which to put lotus flower and tortoise.
On 3.02.10, I went for a residential Vaastu visit to Mr. Pradeep Gupta. He is a vegetable wholesaler. He was much tensed because before some days he faced the robbery in his house and his students even not taking studies seriously. The reasons behind his problem was that his house plot not in the 1:2 ratio, North-West corner was cut and South-East corner was not in perfect shape, this corner was increased. For the solution of his problem I suggest him to buy the plot of North-West direction, which was not so big in size and cut the extra area from South-East direction. Through this centre will become energized.
On 4.02.10, I went again for an industrial Vaastu visit to Mr. Deepak Kumar Jain owner of Madhura Ingots & Steel Co. (P) Ltd. He was facing the problem of litigation and had dispute with business partner. In his industry, there are two gates one is in South-East direction and another is in South-West direction. I suggest him to close the gate of South-West direction and increase the platform 8 feet high. I also suggest him to change the flag and its pole. To put the Hanuman ji red color flag in plastic pole.
On 5.02.10, I went to meet Mr. Shyam Sunder Santhalia. He is the owner of Shri Ram Group. He is making the sponge items. In his industry, one plant is in centre which was creating problem. This plant is not giving the product in accurate quantity and quality because of that he was facing loss. To change the position of this plant is not possible. So I gave way out from this problem, to buy the plot next to the plant. Through this centre position will be change. Also suggest him to put four stone pyramids at the for corners of plant.
