Vastu For Stairs

Stairs should not be built in North - East area anyway, This will cause heavy losses in business and finance.
Stairs should be in odd numbers like (3,5,7,9,11,13).
Circular stairs should be avoided as per Vaastu shastra.
Pooja sthal (room), Kitchen, Bathroom, and Toilet should not be made under the stairs. Although store room can be made.
Do not make stairs in the center of the house. Brahm sthan (center) should be vacant.


The best directions for stairs are South, West, and South-West. Stairs in the wrong direction can cause major Vaastu faults. If stairs are in the wrong direction and re-construction is not possible then the proper remedy can be taken from a Vaastu expert.
